He struggles but still likes to go in there. He was told he hasn't been asking. My brother has memory issues following disability. He is well known. I said why not have stamp cards or pad for him and others that are unable to have smart phones. The staff were more keen to discuss their upcoming staff meeting than making coffee. So when the "large order" (4 drinks, 2 sandwiches) before me was complete they had a staff meeting about the staff meeting again, before having to have the very simple order explained and then making faces about having to find and use a jug for coconut milk. The young lady was obviously fond of the sound of her own voice and very confident in herself, which is nice. However out of her hands and her mouth she seemed only able to operate one or other at a time, she seemed to opt for the one that is less useful for making coffee....

Scruffy externally. Very Hot and stuffy inside. Genuinely terrible, error-strewn "Customer service". Out of stock of even absolute basics such as flavouring syrops, spread.
Forgot to put the drink in our cup. Forgot to add the beans to our account. Can't even use their wifi unless you give literally tons of very personal details to a third party company.
Do yourself a big favour ... Avoid, and go to the much better (and cheaper!) tearoom just...
