Every time I come to this KFC I'm served by the same lady. She is rude, and ALWAYS gets the order wrong... - short ish lady, glasses, and short hair.
We were initially served by a guy who was fine, we asked for extra pieces of drumstick in our bucket and only supercharger mayo and sweet chilli with the boneless feast, which he said fine.
Then the lady (the one I'm complaining about) started packing our order - I said 'Excuse me' to try and get her attention (because this lady has a reputation for getting it wrong every single time) to remind her we'd asked for extra drumsticks. I had to saw excuse me 5 times to get her attention because she was ignoring me. The man next to me actually laughed because it was so ridiculous. When I finally got her attention she rolled her eyes and made it seem like the biggest effort to put drumsticks in there. I mean if it's not possible that's fine, but they did say it was fine lol. I did ask as we ordered as well so she knew.
When they gave us our order I checked the sauces because they're always wrong too, and they were, so I waited again to ask for the correct sauces. The man next to me was also waiting because they'd got his order wrong too; he was trying to get their attention but they were ignoring him, think they had forgotten his drinks. (There was another lady behind the counter that didn't say a word the whole time - a lady in a hijab, she wasn't rude really, but she did blatantly ignore customers when they were asking for help)
They finally served him and I was stood there waiting next to him trying to catch her eye too but she immediately ignored me and turned her back to me even though it was super obvious I was waiting to be served.
5 more minutes pass and I said 'excuse me' again to which the 1st lady again just turned and looked at me really angrily. I said I asked for supercharger mayo to which she snatched the 3 sauces from me and threw them (aggressively) into the bin across the room. She then gave me the supercharger mayo and turned her back again without saying anything.
She didn't apologise once, it's like she thought it was my fault she got it wrong lol.
We got the food home and there were no beans which we had asked for. There was also a short dark hair on the hot wings... disgusting.
The service was so terrible, they got 3 things wrong somehow and didn't apologise once. If they'd been polite it probably would have been fine but they were so angry and rude, how can people like this work in customer service??
Honestly not sure why I go to this KFC, it's got such a bad reputation. I think this lady is also somehow a manager which is bizarre because its the worst customer service every single time I go in - it's like she makes mistakes on purpose to annoy people because she's never got it...

However upon arriving after checking in i went to enter and say i had a collection and was told to clear off (not the exact words used) to the back and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes to get my collection. Aftwr waiting for 20 minutes the queue moved up and slowly thought we were getting nearer to getting my food however, after waiting i got in and my food had been sat waiting in hot holding cupboard. Staff were very quiet and barely made a noise. No one was checking any collections or even asking people who had queued in the rain if they were collections or walk ins. There is no signs or information stating whether app orders can walk in first or just walk in and let the staff know they have arrived its just chaos and queuing in one line. After having to rush home to them rush to work after ordering nearly 55 minutes prior to starting my shift. I went to have some chicken before i left for work and ended up throwing a 10 piece bucket 2 corn on the cobs and mini fillet burgers away as they were tough and dry and just abysmal. Last weekend the bins were overflowing, every table or surface had used trays and rubbish on, and a full pepsi had been dropped on the floor and was left where it was all the time we were there. Asked for a 6 piece family feast with no legs; told 'cant guarantee it'. My wife had the foresight to check our order before we left; just as well as all the fries were missing. Everything was luke-warm as the hot cabinets had clearly been turned down to save energy, and what can you say about the 'new' style fries that are always cold and limp?
