Where to begin.
Although initially empty, me and my family, as tourists, decided to give it a try since the near Pizza Express took too long to take our order (the usual scenario where you ask the waiter for just 5 min to think about what to order and you never see them again)
Our expectations were surpassed to say the least. We were offered 2 menus, one contained the whole set of items while the other was more comprehensive and to-the-point, offering a very cheap deal for STARTER + MAIN set just for £15 pp. This is a great deal compared to the not so cheap £28 pp deal at Pizza express for basically the same thing.
Don't let this review fool you for it's optimistic take. We were surprised that at 3pm the restaurant did not have any clients, as you may see from pictures in other reviews. The starters were also of greater size that you would expect, so please expect to be full after the main course, so almost no space for dessert.
However, the food quality was of high quality. Well seasoned and with great flavours. I believe it would be ideal for the waiter to explain the difference between the two menus so clients can enjoy the desserts available.
If that wasn't enough, the owner gave us an on-the-house dessert, which I believe was made of pistachios, as a thank you for dinning. We were already extremely happy with the warm service from the waiters and the food, so this was a unexpected but very satisfying outcome.

I came here with my partner Friday 26th to celebrate his Birthday. I've called up the day before and told them SPECIFICALLY to sing happy birthday when he gets dessert. There was about 5 or more other birthdays that night and we watched all of them got sanged to and when it came to ours no one sang at all. I've called the server over and quietly told her what happened and then she asked if we wanted them to sing to us after we already got dessert which was an absolute joke. I then told the manager which was clueless to everything and did not even look like she meant her apology. Dinnio restaurant has definitely gone worse.... the wait times for food was very long aswell and the food is average. Servers has no clue of the menu or how to do a simple job properly and I'll know this as I've managed a restaurant for over 10 years now and the management and service in dinnio is just a waste of time and money. We have travelled a long way to celebrate My Partners Birthday and they RUINED IT. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT I MEAN ATLEAST GET STAFF THAT CAN SPELL AND WRITE MY NAME PROPERLY as they spelt my name wrong so they couldn't find my booking again what a joke . MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE ASSESSED AND FIRED AND WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I'LL MAKESURE TO TELL EVERYONE HOW TERRIBLE IT IS AND WE FELT IT WAS RACIST ASWELL!!!!! I took the family here a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my daughters birthday, making it a party of 5. The restaurant sets up as an Italian/Turkish place with a menu to match.
The service was excellent 👌 and although a couple of the party didn't like their choices of food, I actually chose well. The Calamari was one of the best starters that I have tasted anywhere. The spaghetti bolognaise was enhanced by the extra mushrooms that I ordered. For desert, the chocolate profiteroles were very tasty. It is a very busy restaurant as the night moves on, so book early if interested. Car parking is in the multi-storey car park adjacent to the town. It is a pay and display but only up until 20:00 I think. After that, the parking is free, Be mindful of the voluntary service charge. They, like most restaurants, automatically add it to your bill, so if you don't want to pay it, then don't be shy in asking them to stop taking liberties with your money. I would have given them a 5 star review, but for the extra charge that I did not notice until I got home. I do not get tips for doing my job. I get paid a wage.
