First off, no issues with the service at all. The staff were attentive and kind. They even packed up the leftover food and gave us some extra rice so we had enough. And gave us a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant in Angel.

All of the f6ood was good, some of the food was great. I feel that they really shine with their off the beaten track menu items the Chicken Phatila and the Village Style Begun were both delicious, well spiced and had a chili heat that added to the dish without dominating. The food and the service were both outstanding in equal measure, I have no complaints on that part. The company however was abysmal. Liam was miserable all night. He craved attention and stropped when he wasn't getting it. At one point he started claiming that someone was playing footsie with him under the table, forgetting that nobody would dream of intentionally touching him. The waiters shout when bringing food to the table comes over as bad manners & you pick up on this, unfortunately. The food is good, but style of service is what you will remember, for the wrong reasons.

Asking for more money in the tip because it wasn't enough is something I have never personally witnessed before! Why the waiters present such poor qualities when the manager is actually quite personable is beyond me!
