Bar Eleven — Restaurant in East Lindsey

I brought my friends to visit this beautiful bar on Friday night. Litterally bought 3 pints of lager and a bottle, took a seat at a small square table and my friend put her feet on the black square foot of the table and it topped over. Elaine managed to grab 1 pint but the other 2 went all over my husband and the floor. Gutted. The lady who had just served me the 2 pints came over to assist and i even helped mop up the mess. To my dismay they did not replace the 2 pints. This is extremely poor customer service UNLESS this happens regularly in which case I strongly recommend changes your tables. Been here many times over the years on Saturday night for the great atmosphere with great entertainment HOWEVER còuld not believe how it had gone downhill when calling in last Saturday night The place was almost empty mainly due to the pathetic pair of so called Future Funk djs who just streamed a non stop drum beat set all night , totally ignoring all the many requests from the few customers that were there and tried to make the best of it. Lovely drinks but very rude staff, they could have done things so differently ! Quite frankly I'm surprised you have edited your previous reply, I didn't freely give my daughter alcohol, you make it sound so simplistic when the situation was nothing of the sort , it doesn't excuse you terribly rude approach outside, you could have spoken to meet discreetly!
