Not very good. Bought 2x ice creams on the poster £2.60 each charged £2.80 each. Went back and asked how much are the coffees, was told look at the menu rather than just tell me the price. Asked for 2x coffees and was charged more than what the menu said by 20p per cup again. I can only assume it was because I paid by card. That being the case they should advise that is happening. Maybe I am being picky because I didn’t like the way they spoke to the young lady helping them, but talking down to her in earshot of customers because of there own screw up is not very nice. My wife said she was going to buy some more coffees from there but I insisted we don’t spend another penny there but go somewhere else. Not happy. 😡 Wow just looking some of the other reviews and it seems like the young girl behind the counter gets more than her fair share of negative attitude from her employers. What a shame. ☹️

Our party of 4 stopped off for a cup of tea and a sit down after strolling the beachfront. The service was very poor and the owner was very pushy and impatient and annoyed that we wanted refreshments. When the teas arrived they were in dirty, heavily tea-stained cups. The tea itself was the worst I've tasted - I think one tea bag was used between the four cups. Weak dish-water at best. If you need a tea go somewhere else.

Great little spot on the beach front with a nice selection of food and drink on offer. The upside is that it's close to the beach. The downside is that if you have dogs like us, it is a little walk to the dog area of the beach.

Nasty customer being very rude selfish & possesive over all the "empty" seating area. And its no wonder it was empty, absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of one your guard dogs (sorry customer) this morning. She lost you money & ratings today and your staff just stood there and let her spout abuse at me .

Having just pushed my 86yo mum, in a wheelchair down the prom we decided to stop here for a cuppa & sandwhich like we did earlier in the year. There was absolutely nobody sat at any of the tables or even in sight, so I wheeled mum to a spot that was out of the wind.. but apparently putting a bucket on the table obviously means that it is taken as this nasty old woman came out to tell me to move her, I tried to explain that it was the only spot on the whole prom that would give her a bit or protection from the wind, but she went on to kindly inform me that it wasn't my café, it was Esther's 🤔 and then asked did I know that this is Lincolnshire and not Yorkshire,  even though I am from Manchester 🙄.

Even if the nasty piece of work had sat in her seat where her bucket was, she was still on the other side of the table. But no she told me to move her to the next table in full wind.

I am assuming that this excuse for a woman is a regular at your establishment,

And if so you need to tell HER that she doesn't own the place.

We turned around and went straight into the Dunes where they welcomed us by opening the doors and giving the dog a bowl of water before...

Great little cafe. Stopped off on our way up the prom. Really reasonably priced. We had 2 teas but many others were also having coffees. Great sized mugs of tea, made really well, much more like having tea or coffee at home rather than at a cafe. Coffee also looked really good. Loved their funky mugs for tea and coffee. We visited mid afternoon so didn't get chance to try the food but the food looked very nice, wholesome home cooked food.

Lots of outdoor seating to choose from.

Fantastic Covid measures for those who are nervous. Lots of tables outside, all really well spaced. Great for us as we had a pram with us and could navigate easily. Orders are taken outside from behind a table and brought out to the table when ready.

Also a selection of beach items to choose...
