Fu Yuan Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in East Lindsey

If I could rate a zero star then I would. Staff were arguing in front of me when I first arrived and none of them had a clue what they were doing. We ordered for delivery and we were told it would be 30 mins. Over an hour later I received a phone call advising it was ready for collection. I queried this and an extremely rude woman came up with some rubbish and it turned out that only part of the food was ready. We were told the other food was being prepared. I asked how long it would be and she hung up on me.

We went to collect and still not all of the food was prepared which meant the food that was ready would be cold.

The woman serving was rude, arrogant and obviously doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service. She sat there arguing with us and didn't apologise once. She needs sacking before she ruins an already failing business.

AVOID THIS CHINESE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND EXTREMELY...

We are here on holiday we have ordered £40 worth of food and we are very disappointed this is one of the worse Chinese takeaways I’ve ever used Photos don’t look bad i know but when you order salt a pepper chips you don’t expect soggy tasteless chips. We asked for sweet and sour chicken which we did not receive and received some sort of chicken in sauce which can I add was still raw! we asked for “crispy” beef in bbq sauce and it came soggy. After ringing multiple times to get in touch with the takeaway to see if we could take the Chinese back for a full refund with how disappointed we was we was told we had to wait an hour for manager! Honestly we have been looking forward to a good Chinese takeaway all week and this has to be the worst I’ve seen .

Please don’t make the mistake we did and order from here it’s really bad...

i dont know whats happened to this chinese take away .we have been using on a regular basis since it opened a couple of years ago and thought it was the BEST in skegness and we have tried them all.BUT the last two have certainly gone downhill and the man on reception too isnt even as friendly as he was .The yung chow had no flavour let alone any meat in it and the king prawn and pineapple was awful all you could taste was vinegar .We have decided now we wont be going back and going to check out the others yet again to try to find the best yet again .I dont like to leave a negative review but i am just being honest as our hard earned money i feel gone to waste on these last...
