Costa Coffee — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

I’ve been to the drive through on a few occasions now and every time I leave, I think I’m never coming back but then think maybe I’m being too harsh and they were having a bad day. But I’m just getting sick of being disappointed, it’s either that they get my order wrong or they miss items. Few examples, I ask for a sausage bap, they ask if I want any sauce, I say ketchup and when I’ve drove off I find it’s bacon with no sauce. Today, I place my order at the microphone, I asked how spicy one of the wraps was and they said “don’t know never tried it”, then get to the window, they then ask me what drink I ordered as they didn’t know, which isn’t the first time this has happened, why aren’t they repeating it back to me if you’re not sure? They give me the order and I ask where is the wrap and they say they didn’t realise I wanted it, even though I asked for it, I just couldn’t be bothered to wait around so said don’t worry and left. I’d love to be able to go more as I like their food and drinks, but I think you need to train the staff better as it’s been multiple occasions now and it’s simple things like getting my...

I've seen better customer service elsewhere and at many other Costa stores. On my most recent visit, I had to wait for the staff behind the counter to finish their chat about their weekend plans before I was served. It would be forgivable if they were busy organising, preparing drinks etc big they were just stood about. This isn't the first time I have experienced this at this particular Costa. Other times I have had orders made incorrectly, despite it usually being an oat milk flat white. Overall, I think there needs to be a greater focus on customer service...

I asked for a oat latte, i sat down and tasted it, it just tasted like froffy milk, then i realised it wasnt oat milk!!! Im fuming as i get a very upset tummy with cows milk, it was discusting also.
