Domino's Pizza - Burton-Upon-Trent — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Just called an placed an order for 1. The total came to £1098. They told me the delivery would be 45 mins. After I hung up they call me back 5 minutes later telling me their manager has told them the order needs to be a minimum of £12.50 for them to deliver. So I told them that's fine just add anything else onto the order that takes it to £12.50. After some confusion on their behalf I told them ok just add some extra dips or a drink which will take the order to £12.50. I was then told the order needs to be over £12.50 and they offered me a deal that took the order to £15.00. I told them I am the only one eating and an extra garlic bread etc would just be wasted. So then I told them add a drink an a large dip which took the order over £13.00. The girl was trying to put it through the till and I could hear voices in the back explaining it needs to be over £12.50 FFS moral of the story order from spice hut stick to your regulars. I lost the will to live and told them to leave...

My friends and myself were regular customers at Dominos, Over the weekend we ordered a meal, which came as a wrong order and items missing. We phoned up to a lovely chap who seemed incredibly sorry about the mistake. Then gave us the option to have the items corrected and sent out or for us to have the same meal again for free the next time we ring. Of course we picked the free meal. He then added that he would get a driver to drop off a bottle of coke and some ice cream when he comes by. Which never turned up. But anyway we ring up today for our free meal. No nothing on the system, then he said we could have a meal for £12! And then tried to haggle to £10! I'm disgusted with the service. Being lied to, then tried being persuaded to buy a meal that was supposed to be free! I will not be ordering from there again. An utter...

Used dominos twice now as dont normally as quite pricey... first time driver came with no change (£6) so said he would come back, left it for just over an hour then had to ring up and ask when driver was bringing change ? Guy on the phone was apologetic and the change was eventually returned to me ... used again tonight and driver arrived minus the 2 bottles of pop with order and he said sorry they didnt give them to me which i replied well its part of the order ? ... rang up again and guy was again apologetic and said he would send them straight away ... 1 hr later no pop so rang again and was told they had been sent out and 10 mins later they turned up with no apology ?
