McDonald's — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

I feel compelled to write a review as this is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited, anywhere. I visited today whilst passing through Burton. Whilst parking up I saw the manager come out and get into his car, which was parked in one of the two disabled bays, to just sit smoking and drinking coffee. The restaurant was very quiet and there was only one customer anywhere near the service point who was waiting to collect an order they had made at one of the kiosks; I observed that when their order eventually came, it was mostly incorrect. I needed some hot water to mix up my baby’s formula milk so I decided to order my food from a human at the counter. Multiple staff members stood staring at me and my baby and chatting to each other as we waited what felt like ten minutes at the counter to be served. When I eventually asked to be served, I ordered a cup of tea and some food but when I asked the lady at the till to please put some hot water in my baby’s bottle she said the restaurant didn’t have any hot water, only cold water. When I asked how she intended to make my cup of tea if that was the case, she quickly backtracked, apologised and filled the bottle for me, all whilst looking at me like dirt. I am not sure what was done to my cup of tea after this because it tasted absolutely horrific; I ended up throwing it in the bin. The impression I got of this particular branch of McDonalds is that they hold their customers in absolute contempt and that none of the staff want...

Went inside restaurant to eat. There was No staff at the counter. All in back in the drive thru part and kitchen area. Which had rubbish in floor and under the work units.. Had to use order yourself screen. Which was running incredibly slow. The oder took ages to be delivered the drinks all arrived with out ice. Even though only 1 off the 3 order should of had no ice. And They where flat. Tables inside where in need of cleaning. The food was not up to its normal quality standard only thing that was warm was the fries. Been left to long. To be brought out to us the bins where overflowing. Trays stacked next to them with customers rubbish. the gents toilets where no better . Urine all over the floor. Overall very disappointed needs more staff on at night to keep thing running cleaner and getting orderes correct if all staff aren't on duty. Then required better staff management to make sure the restaurant area stays clean and tidy. I'm. Sure staff are more than capable of working in different areas if not provide training to make sure it runs smoothly. Hopefully thing will return to a better quality of service and...

No matter how may times we return to the drive through, you still get our order wrong every single time! Plain means nothing other than the meat and yet even with the label on the box saying PLAIN it still comes with all the salad and sauce!!!!! Our son is Autistic and it's always his meal that's wrong....I'm sure you can imagine how distressing it is for him. Food is his 'go to' and when it's wrong it's like the whole world is against him. Even when questioning at the first window, after placing our order to make sure the burger had no salad, the young person taking the money confirmed it won't have salad even though the screen only said NO LETTUCE???! It still came full of salad including lettuce with a NO LETTUCE label on the actual box! The manager dealt with it for us but even he was confused and produced yet another incorrect burger.....with salad on it!!! The whole experience at this drive through is never a pleasant one I'm afraid, staff were rude and actually laughing at my husband behind the managers back.
