Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in East Suffolk

It needs Easter-themed drinks & beverages. It needs healthier food options and healthier choices: vegetarians, vegans/ plant-based,carnivores/pollotarians, pescetarians, pescetarians/omnivores, and Lacto-vegetarians-eat dairy products but avoid eggs. Ovo-vegetarians-eat eggs but not dairy products. Pesco-pollo-vegetarians – avoid red meat but eat chicken and fish. This is the second Starbucks that I have been in recently. A relatively new building with friendly staff. The coffee was OK, but if you are going to put coffee art on my coffee please make it with love and attention. I'm really not bothered, but if you are going to do it do it right and don't just leave a splodge in the middle of my cup. Right, that was the 2 stars covered the staff and the coffee. Most of the tables were covered in the remnants of previous occupiers and those that were clear were very sticky and not inviting. Yes the staff are responsible for clearing and cleaning the tables, but there were only three staff on duty and the place was very busy with drive through - please Starbucks give these guys a break and have more staff on. The toilets were a disgrace, only one in service and that had wet floors and discarded toilet tissue on the floor. Again the staff should have been cleaning this up, but they were overwhelmed. I'm really hoping they just had a really bad day but they basically had nothing at this starbucks. I saw the brown sugar latte they told me they were out of it so I wanted a caramel latte which they also told me they didn't have any. My sweet mother in law wanted a coconut milk latte and they also didn't have coconut milk. The girl that was helping us was nice but didn't pay much attention. We said we'd like to eat in and she gave us all our stuff packed to go while everyone else had a plate or a mug. When I tried paying with my Starbucks app they said they didn't take it because they were a licensed store but the whole building said say starbucks it wasn't like it was a walmart and there was a starbucks inside.
