Had 'cod and chips' except it wasn't. It was haddock and fries, the fries were nice, I don't like haddock which is why I asked for cod, I don't know what the batter was but it was unpleasant, there were also a lot of bones in my fish, the odd one I can look passed but with the amount there were I ended up having to spit it all into a napkin! Not a good look. the wait for food was quite a while but I didn't mind thinking that at least it would be nice and freshly cooked, this was not the representation of what came out. 2 Special Shish Kebabs arrived in soaking greasy paper and boxes. The meat was tasteless, fatty and chewy. The onions/peppers/mushrooms were tiny and burnt. There were no skewer marks on the meat or vegetables which suggests to me this was fried. When I called to complain this was confirmed by the manager who said they always cook this kebab that way. No gesture to put things right or offer of refund. Left feedback on just eat and was then called a liar.

Had an unfortunate mishap with the online ordering system which led to us thinking we were ordering vegan pizzas (partner is vegan, but I am not so got one of the 'standard ones'), but they arrived as non-vegan as they had been taken off the menu but left on the online ordering system.
