J.J's — Restaurant in East Suffolk

Absolutely outstanding! So much care clearly goes into the food and cocktail menu. The tapas was perfectly cooked and the patatas bravas was a total explosion of flavour! My partner is quite a connoisseur of tapas and we often leave restaurants quite deflated, but there was no chance of that hear. Diverse and exciting menu, with ingredients that compliment each other and taste delicious. The owner of the restaurant is extremely tentative and paid attention to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble and you can see that every ounce of her has been poured into this wonderful place. The music, the decor, the food, the cocktails… All superb! We can highly recommend this...

Warm, friendly service and lovely atmosphere / decor. We’ve been for evening drinks and loved the buzz and delicious wine and this week we had a wonderful & great value lunch. Went yesterday and was quite disappointed after booking a table by phone, that they didn’t mention their chef has left, meaning a rather poor and very limited menu. Nothing like you’d usually be able to eat here, just basic fried food or packet-to-plate dishes available. Photo of ‘loaded...
