Brainless service and owners who employ only 3 people, especially during rush hours. You can order food at the right time via the app and thus avoid queues, right? No, you won't avoid the queue, and you'll wait even longer than others. Even though you choose to pick up at 1 p.m., be sure that it will be ready only at 1:15 p.m. So you have to stand there like a clown for another 15-20 minutes. Useless. Brainless staff first packs hot food such as chicken bake for your order, which then stays in the bag for 15 minutes waiting for the next items to complete the order, so your hot food is not hot. Sometimes you just need to use your brain in life, it's not difficult. I would probably never write this review, but it has happened over and over again, and each time it only gets worse. Awful staff currently. Am disgusted with the old big woman Karen. She gave my £400 sunglasses (Prada) I left on the counter for barely 3 minutes to someone else who left a bag behind in the seating area. Guess what..., that person kept them👎 I know, should of been more careful. I returned to get them, they said they had them but can't find them, Karen had to admit giving them to someone else. Jess, the duty manger tried to cover for her by saying "They fell in the bag" 🤔👎 Terrible.

Is Gregg's the best bakery? Probably not if you think about their range, but what they do sell, they do well and it's very good value for money. For example, their breakfast bun and hot drink deal smashes any of the big coffee houses by more than half!! £2.75 for a generously filled bacon bun, and a latte is unbelievable these days. You wouldn't even get a small coffee in Starbucks or Costa for that price and if you added a bacon roll, you'd be talking the best part of £10!! Also, their latte is surprisingly good! In fact, I think I now prefer it to a Starbucks latte, I'm not sure if Starbucks have changed their recipe/beans recently, but it's not as good as it used to be.
