Absolutely horrific customer service from the “manager” I ordered a delivery order through just eat, and the just eat system was saying my order would be an hour. I called the restaurant and asked if there was anything they can do and was advised the food was already cooked and was waiting for the driver who wasn’t going to arrive for an hour. I said I didn’t really want food that had been sitting there for over an hour and the manager said “it’s not my fault there is nothing I can do” I asked if they could just make a fresh garlic bread which is only a £3 menu item and she said “no because what do I do with the old one then” I said throw it away as it won’t be edible. She told me “then that’s a loss for the restaurant” When I said that would be good customer service she told me “there is no customer service for delivery” She called me back to tell me the chef agreed they could make a new garlic bread and I said why did you have to make a big problem out of it in the first place then, why could you have agreed and saved all this issue. She has a very condescending tone and was incredibly rude, which I told her and then she proceeded to raise her voice, speak over me continuously and refuse to listen to me saying it doesn’t matter if she was rude because I’m just a delivery customer. I ended up having to shout stop down the phone for her to stop her tirade at me. I had actually let her know at the beginning of the call that I don’t know was in the hospital until 3am this morning. Read moreI have always experienced good service, and the food is great, hence returning customer. However on 6.8.2022 at unchtime a particular waitress had an appalling attitude. We weren't served even after 2 tables turned up after us and they already had food and drink. I tried to call her over, the first time she ignored us and continued to serve other people first. When she eventually came over to our table, her attitude was unpleasant. I asked her politely how come others were served when we arrived before them. Her reply was 'it should be someone else taking your order'. She made us very angry and uncomfortable. We only stayed because my daughter did not want to cause a scene. If the waitress is having a bad day she SHOULD NOT reflect this on her customers. The waitress had long black hair around 20 - 30 years. It's a shame one person can cause an after taste when the food is so good. I give 5 stars for food and the chefs and 0 star for this particlar waitress' service...

Today I took my elderly friend for lunch, I've raved about it to her, & was really looking forward to showing it off to her. On April 6th I went into the restaurant & asked for a particular table, for today 27th, no problem. On arrival I saw people sitting at the table I'd reserved, an unpleasant waitress told me I can't book a table, it's first come first served, I asked her to look in the reservations book but she simply said the guy who booked us in had left. Not wanting a scene I accepted the table we were given. My friend told me not to worry about it and lets just enjoy our meal. As usual the food was excellent, however, said waitress was noisy, she didn't talk, she shouted & kept singing loudly. What with the noise from the kitchen, (the reason I chose the table furthest away in the beginning) the air con & her, it wasn't a quiet lunch. My friend...
