Ramo's Burger Eastbourne — Restaurant in Eastbourne

I ordered the 6oz gourmet cheeseburger and added bacon for delivery, which was delicious. The burger itself was restaurant quality, not those dreadful patties you get from kebab shops and other takeaways. I also bought the thick banana milkshake, which was gorgeous. I also got the chicken strippers side, which to my surprise, also contained a bed of fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly, very succulent. I wasn't a fan of the chips, but that's my personal preference. I like thick cut chips. Unfortunately the chips didn't travel well as the condensation built up inside the carton. I suspect they would have been a lot better if they hadn't had to travel so far. There was a slight mix up with the address, however the driver and I soon sorted this out. He was very polite and was very friendly. All in all, I was a very happy customer and shall be ordering from them again...

Visited Eastbourne the first week of July me and my partner went for the weekend we went out in the evening but left it too late to get food anywhere so after drinking for the night we were starving I was googling takeaways close to where we were staying and all the chicken shops I got up on maps read the reviews and they were appalling then I came across this place all the reviews were amazing and it was only an 8 minute walk from our hotel the staff in there are amazing so friendly chatty had a good laugh with them while waiting for our food not only that the food was cooked fresh and in front of us if your looking for something late this is the place to go well done to you guys your food is amazing your shop spotlessly clean and you people...

I will start by saying the pictures are real and the size of the burgers is real but this is the only good thing about it. Burgers are low quality, they do not have a burger taste but more like a lot of filler added like organs or other stuff. If you don't mind what you are eating and you want just big portions this is the place for you. Me and the majority of customers that I asked are feeling like there is something wrong with the burger patty. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food and I don't think I will ever try it again. If by any chance you do visit this place it is better to stay with products that are not mincemeat. I do believe that FSA should enforce all fast industry into having a list of the ingredients and kcal...
