I recently discovered To The Rise Bakery in Eastbourne, and I must say, it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. This cozy little bakery may have limited seating, but it more than makes up for it with its incredible baked goods and delicious coffee.
The moment you step inside The Rise Bakery, you are greeted by the aroma of freshly baked treats. The display case is filled with an array of mouthwatering pastries, cakes, and breads, all made with love and attention to detail. Each bite is a heavenly experience, with flavors that are rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced.
The coffee at The Rise Bakery is equally impressive. Whether you prefer a smooth latte, a bold espresso, or a creamy cappuccino, their baristas know how to craft the perfect cup. The quality of the coffee beans shines through in every sip, and it pairs perfectly with their delectable baked goods.
While seating may be limited, The Rise Bakery is the ideal place to stop by and grab something to go. Whether you're in need of a quick breakfast on the way to work or a sweet treat for an afternoon pick-me-up, their selection of baked goods is sure to satisfy any craving.
The staff at The Rise Bakery are friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with recommendations or answer any questions. Their passion for baking and commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the bakery.

Read moreBought a plain croissant (£3.85) and a small cake (3.25+ I think). Both were poor in quality, we have a semi-artisan bakers (Simmons Herts) near us where the croissants are twice the size and priced at £1.50, cakes much better and any similar sized cake would be £2.25'ish. Paying £4 for a croissant isn't great, to the patrons here if you're in Hertfordshire please try a Simmon's Bakers one, £1.50, twice the size, better tasting product. I don't enjoy leaving negatives but I always leave a positive when that's how it's been. Paying £7 for 2 products which would be half that price elsewhere and taste better is...

This truly reflects on the overall output and quality

You won’t have that issue here, all freshly baked in house and delicious

This can also be found at Bodega as they supply them with bread and bagels
It’s top marks all round for this family run venture and I wish them...
