Let me tell you, I just had a phenomenal experience at this place. Now, I know what you might be thinking – dining solo can sometimes feel a bit…well, lonely. But the staff at Restaurant, Priya Bains completely turned that notion on its head!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Despite clearly being busy, She made me feel like the only customer in the house. Although she was the only Girl serving to every one, was an absolute rockstar. She was attentive without being intrusive, efficient without seeming rushed, and friendly as can be. She answered all my questions about the menu, offered recommendations that were spot-on, and even managed to keep my water glass magically refilled throughout the meal.
Honestly, the other person Harry worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were running around, taking orders, delivering food, and clearing tables, all with smiles on their faces and a clear sense of teamwork. It was impressive to see, especially considering I was dining solo and might not have noticed such things otherwise.
So, a huge thank you to the entire team at Indian Panorama. You made my solo dining experience feel anything but. You're a testament to the fact that great service can elevate a meal from good to fantastic. You guys are all one-man armies, and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know!
Once again a special Thanks to Priya...
Read moreI visited here with my disabled mother and friends. My friends dish was cold so the waiter took it back. The replaced dish came cold too. We decided not to say anything and my friend began to eat rice and bread. The waiter approached and asked if everything was ok and my friend let him know it cold again. He said he will replace and my friend said she would rather continue eating the other food on her plate, it’s ok. The waiter said he must take it and removed the plate. My friend sat with no food. He returned after some time with another dish. And my friend said no thank you. He then walked away. He returned and told my friend he is going to sack the chef. My friends mother said please don’t. And he began to persist. We asked him to please just leave us so we can finish our meal and he persisted to explain. We tried to make him understand there is no issue, please just take the dish off the bill and leave us to enjoy the other food. He was over eager to make us understand he is sacking the chef! I said to him excuse me we are eating please can you go away. He STILL carried on! I had to tell him to leave us alone three times and in the end I raised my voice. As we left one man approached us at the door telling us how disgraceful our behaviour is. What a disgraceful evening! So we are supposed to be happy that the chef is being sacked? Disgraceful and all you people reading this who...
