Zizzi - Hampton Court — Restaurant in Elmbridge

Myself and my lovely family, came in for lunch, and the atmosphere was amazing, not to busy, not to loud, everyone could hear everyone clearly at a moderate volume. The lunch was perfect. The pizza are amazing, there were to waiter on duty that day, Eben ( I believe that is the correct spelling of his name, sorry if I have offended and spelt it wrong? ) and Finlay,

Our host was Eben was an absolute delight and let us choose a table of our own choice and straight away asked about any dietary restrictions and with my sister being dairy free he had a lot of information to help and guide us with our choices, and Eben is the most perfect example of what the waiting industry should stand for, he was polite sweetheart, and charming, such a lovely lad.

Our food was brought to us my Finlay, and it was absolutely perfect, just the right about of spice in our pasta and my grandchildren pizza were perfect portion sizes £8:50 for a kids 3 course meal, absolutely amazing price. Food was brought incredibly quickly and fast showing me that this restaurant really puts the customers first.

Each member of staff were amazing, once we have finished our food our serves took the time to hold a conversation with us which was amazing and shown us, that even with the world changing there always room for a polite conversation made me very happy.

We will return, definitely, such an amazing little restaurant, many people may over look this restaurant since it is a chain, it has the must perfect wonderful location, associated across the road from Hampton court. Absolutely...

Such a pity as we have been coming to zizzi for years. On Sunday evening we decided to try and get a table for 7 of us as we were treating friends for dinner but it was a complete disaster. We waited an hour and 10 minutes for the food and with three small children, this was carnage. By the time our food arrived, theirs had been finished ages ago. The food wasn’t amazing to say the least. The waitress was lovely but so stressed and working on around 10 tables so clearly short staffed. Eventually after we called her over to order dessert she disappeared and we sat again waiting for dessert only to eventually ask where it was and for them to say they’d run out o f the specials menu dessert but no one had actually bothered to come and tell us this so we sat waiting oblivious to this fact and having to then find something to order again as it was part of the special. When we then tried to pay for the bill, we then couldn’t add a tip onto it and were told it’s a new pro esss where we can only pay cash if you want to split the bill?? Which doesn’t really make sense? Luckily we had cash on us to give her a tip as I felt so sorry for how tired and stressed she was. We have always come to zizzi, I am part of the zillionaires club which I didn’t even bother using and don’t think we’ll go again which is so sad as it is right on...

We had another absolutely wonderful evening at Zizzi’s Hampton Court, and once again, the amazing team made all the difference.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Kati, who seated us by the open window overlooking the river — the perfect setting. Kati is simply the best waitress we’ve ever had. Calm, patient, cheerful, and attentive, she always brings a lovely energy to the evening. Her service is consistently exceptional, and we’re always delighted when she’s working. Without even needing to ask, she brought us two glasses of water and some pasta crisps - such thoughtful touches that make a real difference.

Andreea also checked in on us throughout the meal, which we really appreciated. Her kindness and attentiveness added to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

And then, of course, the food - prepared by Chef Kosh - was nothing short of outstanding. Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I jokingly told Andreea that the meal was so exceptionally good, the chef could never be allowed to retire - but truly, I wasn’t joking. This was the best meal we’ve ever had at Zizzi’s.
