We got there and was stood at bar for 5 minutes before anyone came to great us and seat us. When we finally got seated, we got given drinks menus and when server came over to take our order, my other half wanted a cocktail, However the waiter straight out said No. I don’t know how to make them. Despite this, we ordered starters because we weren’t ready to order mains yet. The waitress then said she’d come back in a couple minutes to take our main food order. 20 minutes later she came back with our starters. 5 minutes after we’d started eating started, she then took our main orders (25 minutes after she said she would) Our starters were dreadful. The calamari was incredibly rubbery, the olives were old, mushy and bland, and the cheesy fried garlic bread was rock hard, and the cheese was a mix of garlic mayo and shredded cheese. 30 minutes after we finished starters our main courses came. My prawn dish was awful as my prawns were mushy and had legs on, and the sauce was like water. My other half’s meal was the chicken giros. The chicken was very dry and over cooked, and the bread was dry, the chips were cold and the dip had evidently gone out of date (Taziki) as it was sour and gone off. There were countless amounts of flies and my chair was collapsing. Unfortunately, the only good thing we had was the cider. We proceeded to go to pay and they said they only accepted cash or bank transfer, in which we were not informed prior to this about. Aswell as this, no one came over to see how we were doing and if food was okay. Also had to wait another 20 minutes for anyone to come over to ask if we wanted the bill after we...

Okay, so this place isn't going to win any awards for interior design, but don't let it deter you. Some of the best food I've eaten has come from restaurants that don't have the budget for decorating, so they put all focus and attention into perfecting the menu 🙌
The food was absolutely delicious and obviously homemade. The flatbreads were so good, we ordered more to take home. A slight markdown simply because the baklava was cold, it would have been better served warm.
I urge you to not judge this place by its cover. Book a table, or order a take away, you won't be disappointed.

Read moreIt is a mixture of Greek and Russian food. But house red wine is Spanish! We were seated at our reserved table and then forgotten about. Its only when another party came in and were seated that we were asked what we would like. The menu is extensive. There is a long wait for your food as everything is cooked fresh to order. A bowl of olives were brought over with our drinks. There is background music playing. The starters were very tasty. But no sooner had we finished them our main was served. We could have done with a wait but hey ho. Hubbies meal was delicious. Unfortunately I couldn't eat mine has it smelt and tasted terrible. I thought I was going to be sick. But it hasn't put us of going again. I just won't order the chicken. The two ladies on duty were lovely...
