Al Fairoz — Restaurant in England

In my opinion the best taste grilled chicken burger meal in whole UK, also mixed grill and mixed noodle are good options, their chips are awesome always fresh, never wet and fluffy like you can sometimes get, especially when ordering "take away". Theirs sauces are awesome, I order more so I can take them with my sandwiches to work :) Foodwise it's very good, it is really grilled on charcoal and taste perfectly. But the restaurant itself is faar away from european standards, it need deep cleaning, probably would benefit from redecorating and replacing old furnitures..they also could work on cleaning more.. tables are sticky, (do not mention the floor..) windows was cleaned 10 years ago..things you can see easyli when you enter.. but if you close your eye on this and do not eat inside, like I said it's one of best taste "fast" food I ever had (it is not really fast it is properly prepared like in restaurant) Highly recomended, and other restaurands around (at High Street) have no chance in comparisson. Even after a year after I moved out Bedford, I still missing their good taste, and havent found similar one. Whenever I drive through Bedford I am trying to pop in and get grilled chicken...

1 star because there is no zero (thats how bad it was) We went to the resturant and the food was cold, it was low quality and the chicken was so low quality! We saw a guy take chicken in a bowl (fully cooked chicken) and then he reheated the chicken. The naan was stale and the samosa chaat had no chickpeas and the samosa was old and soggy and half if it was just chuncks of onion and tomato (let me tell you, it was BAD!) we have never been to a resturant this bad. It was also so unhygienic, i the coke cans were dirty and there was grease in the plate and cutlary as if they just dipped it in water, we had to get our cutlary re-washed. The food arrived so late and when we went it wasn't rven busy, if it was busy we would have understood byt it was calm AND THERE WAD ONLY ONE WORKER! The service was also bad, it was so expensive for low quality cold food. I suggest that you don't waste your money and stomach capacity here. If you do want to go to an alternative then iI suggest that you go to the one in...

I gave this restaurant 2 stars although the food was tasty. When I first entered the restaurant to order takeaway, I felt hesitated because the cleanliness is not alright. The floor is oily, the dirty dishes are left on the front of the cooking area and on some of the tables. The cooking area is also not so appealing. The staff were nice. I ordered piri piri grilled chicken and 6 pieces fried chicken. I was surprised that the grilled chicken was previously cooked, the staff just brought it, cut it, and put it on the grill and then brush it with the sauce. To be honest, this is not a thing that I would like to eat. The fried chicken was also pre-cooked and left in a heated box. Which means that the food you order is not freshly cooked. However, to be honest, I saw freshly made naan bread using the tandoor, and a chef cooking a dish ordered by someone, but he used some cans for some ingredients.
