RollBack World — Local services in Great Britain

Me and my family went to the Saturday Roller Disco run by these guys.

It's an absolute shambles, avoid at all costs if you actually want to skate. There appears to be no limit on how many people they will let in to the hall, we were rammed in like sardines so there was no way anyone could actually skate. We left out of frustration and there was still a queue for skates with about 80 people in it!

Even the early "beginner" session was a joke, with a load of hooligans in green t-shirts (Bedford Griffins roller hockey members) skating about with no respect for others in the hall. I saw them take out four kids with not even an apology.

Drove all the way from Harlow to possibly spend £200+ on a set of inline skates for my daughter.

Got to the store at 4:30pm to see the sign it was closed and reopening at 5pm so went off and walked round the town and got back at 4:50pm and waited until 5:15pm and no sign of store opening!

Also my wife texted the mobile number with no answer!

Don't think this place is worth even buying from as if this is what we have to expect what would any after sales service be like!

THANKS FOR WASTING 4 HOURS OF OUR TIME AND MONEY!

UPDATE: AS OF 9:30PM STILL NO REPLY TO MY WIFES TEXT TO GIVE AN EXCUSE OR...

Called up on the Saturday asking what time they opened on the Sunday as I was on a time frame to get to a skate completion and needed pads, they said to come down between 10:30am and 11am, 11am being the opeing time, i got there at 10:30 and wanted a full hour!!!!! 11:30 came and still not open, very very disappointed in this and caused me to be late, at least they could of opened at the stated time 11am, i would of spent a lot of money on other bits aswell, I will never be using or...
