Alabama — Restaurant in England

Here on holiday. Ordered twice. Had to wait almost 2 hours for 1st order (they said 1.5 hour wait which was fine but ended up just over 2 hours). Didn't bring my child's chicken wrap on delivery so she had to wait over another hour for that. Also we asked for plain mayo on one part of the order but didnt get that either(3.5hrs for a child's tea 😪, also missed out 2 extra pitta breads we ordered to go with our kebabs so we had eaten those before they came an hour later with the wraps). Ordered again tonight. Didn't get plain mayo again even though was told again that it was no problem. Ordered 2 cheesey chips but got 1cheesey and 1 curley fries. Apart from that the chicken kebab is the best we have ever had, the salad is lovely and the garlic sauce is beautiful. The food is 10 out of 10, but the staff need to get the orders right. This place could be 100% if that was done. The delivery driver has been the same both times and he was great too. Such a shame that errors taking the orders let you down. Shocking food that gave me stomachache and even worse phone manner. I ordered a couple of kebabs and chips, chips didn't come with the order so as soon as we noticed (5 mins) we rang them to ask them to bring the chips we had payed for the reply was yes (which was a lie) as we waited all night and they didn't come. Rang two days later to discuss this to be told come to the shop and we will give them you. I wouldn't eat here ever again for the reason I was constantly on the toilet the day after. They rely on holiday makers at the caravan park to place orders and know that they don't have to honour screw up as they will never see them again. Place wants shutting down! And the nerve to leave another flyer/menu on my caravan the day...

Please do not waste your time or money with this place. The worst takeaway I've ever ordered. The meat in the kebabs is awful. Chicken was really dry and rubbery. Chicken is described on menu as "chicken cubes" but in reality it was small slices like the kind you can buy in pre cooked packs from the supermarket.The doner meat was really thick and greasy. Curly fries were not cooked through. The garlic bread with cheese was that greasy the box was soggy at the bottom.All food was barely warm on arrival. It's not often I can't eat something but i couldn't bring myself to eat this food. Myself and my partner ended up ordering something...
