Ali's Kebabs and Pizza House — Restaurant in England

I am really disappointed to be posting this; We'd been ordering from Ali's for 5 years and Ali's used to be great, with friendly staff and (relatively), consistently good food: it was a great local kabab house: When we moved house (0.8miles out of the delivery area) I called Ali's and asked if they would be willing to still deliver to us, offering them extra for delivery - they happily agreed and continued to deliver to us(online instead of over the phone) for 3 years and declined increasing their delivery fee.

Today, however, the delivery driver told me that the business is too far away and they won't be taking our order again...I was so shocked.

I appreciate the most we ever tip is £2, and thats because I feel that is fair for the extra mileage out of the delivery area, the food(kabab and chicken meat, salad, chips, kids burgers) in the past, were good, but not anymore! Over the past year we'd noticed the food quality had dwindled and, whether we'd opted to collect or for a delivery, the majority of the staff were like robots and did not talk or show any charisma, and the food quality was no better either way.

Most places charge extra for a delivery that is further away..and, in my opinion, if that really isn't an option; if someone had ordered from my business, in the same name or account for years, I'd have the decency to call to explain, rather than get the delivery boy to mumble it on their doorstep as they are paying for their food .

Rude.

Just to add: I appreciate Ledbury had grown in size in the past 5 years, however, I am highlighting the continued issue of business picking up for a company, and then allowing their standards to drop and snubbing their older customers because they don't 'need'...

Definitely one of the top 10 jebab shops in the country. Chips are delicious, the burgers are quality with a decent meaty pattie. The kebabs keep me coming back here when I'm in the town, delicious with a good choice of salads and sauces, my sure you are hungry as they are massive 👍. I'd just like to share how disappointed we are with alis. I don't know whats happened to them but the food has gone downhill. We are regulars and absolutely love alis...rated them very highly. However the last few orders of ours have been very disappointing. We've had messed up orders...burnt pizzas ... and now black cotton stuck to my pizza base. We are so disappointed that we have decided we won't be ordering again....
