ASDA Cafe — Restaurant in England

got to the cafe around 12:55 only 3 slices of pizza left, to me this is still lunch time (late lunch). By the looks of them they had been sat for a while, when I asked if there would be any more pizzas coming out soon I was told by the woman behind the till ‘no’. So I ordered 2 pizza slice meals (chips & drink) 1 kids hot meal, asked if there was a drink with the kids meal & was told ‘no only with cold meal’! The woman who served us acted like she couldn’t be bothered with us (abit out of it) & the guy cooking seemed very laid back. I never got the kids meal (chicken nuggets, chips & beans) instead was given a slice of pizza & chips. By this point the queue had built up & with the attitude from being served we felt like we would be ‘bothering them’ to swap it. When leaving I smiled at the woman & she gave me a side eye & the man waved bye. I understand its a sunday but what happens to good...

Ok this summer I went a rush! I went with one friend tried to pizza, which tasted like dominoes needs a 5 star and got the chips and drink bundle recall it's 5 pound loved it 2nd time I went pizza was soggy? Cheese was overfilled and everything fell of? Chips had tasted uncooked I could tell it was frozen but the 1st time it didn't? Drink was drink but I don't know the service is good they handled the rush! The atmosphere the tables were not cleaned with seating covered in crumbs which OK I Get the rush! But the tables had leftover drinks? But one thing is they had unlimited refills and microwaves prices are cheap but last thing is atmosphere I'm eating next to clothes and toilets not a good atmosphere but one thing is the huge windows! So idk...

We come every week for breakfast before shopping. This cafe has steadily declined in both service and food, yet the prices have increased. Every time we order our order gets forgotten about and we end up waiting so long for the food. When it arrives it’s wrong. Nothing comes together so you’re either drinking cold coffee or have cold toast or cold food, whichever comes first. The staff are unpleasant and clearly don’t wish to be there and respond negatively when you point out delays or errors. With the new parking rules we’d be lucky to get out in under 4 hours. Please sort it out Asda, serving breakfast is not difficult if you hire the appropriate staff with the relevant skills...
