We stopped off here for a spot of lunch after parking at Nose's Point and walking along Seaham seafront. The cafe is well decorated and feels fresh and new, making for a lovely spot to sit. The only downside is the lack of windows to look out for if you are on your own. We purchased two corned beef pie meals at a cost of 6.75 each, one flat white and one 7up. The corned beef pie was lovely but the accompanying side salad and crisps could have been better. A couple pieces of cucumber, one cherry tomato and iceberg lettuce was a bit disappointing. We paid about £18.50 in total.

First time visit today and just stopped in for coffee and cake. Lovely little coffee shop, very friendly staff, good coffee and delicious chocolate orange cake. I did mean to take a photo of the cake but I was a little bit late, maybe next time.

Excellent stop for good coffee + tea, tasty homemade food all tasting great. Added bonus of a bit of retail therapy with classy beautiful items to browse. Enjoy your visit. We did.

Don't think about going here if any one in your party is disabled you will be made to feel you are in the way Yes you can get in but after that you will feel uncomfortable We took our 85y old Mum she uses a walker finds it to sit on low seat so we ask another table if we could take a spare chair for her to sit on it after ordering at the table and paying for it she was asked to change her seat to a small stool which was inappropriate for her we explained to the waitress of she went to get our drinks and food After it was served she came back and said that the manager said Mum had to give up the seat so Mum felt she had no option but to sit on her walker which took up more room the the chair When we spoke to the manager she said that the chair maybe need by another customer and as we were at one of the coffee table that was for 2 that the chair were for the table and the stool was for the...

This was a lovely cafe on first visit, however on our second visit when we were unfortunate to meet the owner, it’s left a very poor taste. My friend and I were speaking about the different payment process, being required to pay upon receipt of each item purchased, as opposed to at the end, as previously. The owner approached and asked if there was a problem We suggested it may be nicer if payment was at the end of the service, she responded, ‘do you pay like that at Starbucks’ well Starbucks isn’t table service, and the last time I used Starbucks, they were at least polite. The customer service of this lady leaves a lot to be desired. The other staff were pleasant. Will not be returning. There are plenty of nice cafe’s in Seaham without rude and...

Thought this would be a cute little cosy place to get a cuppa and cake whilst I worked. However the staff weren’t very friendly - a short lady with short blonde hair was very rude and cold towards me, the opposite of the warm reception I was expecting for a little place like this. The place itself is quite cute - sofas are comfy but the place is freezing - it’s 2 degrees outside and not much warmer on the inside. All in all very disappointed and won’t be back. Didn’t get to try the food but it looked nice from watching others orders however I didn’t get that far as on my own and didn’t feel comfortable staying in a place where I was spoken to so rudely. Watching and hovering over me as I worked and had a cuppa....
