Blondes — Restaurant in England

I came to Blondes as a teenager with friends after school. We always had such a great time in Blondes sipping back out peroxide blondes and the staff were always so friendly.

Recently, I came back into the cafe with my husband, as I had told him it was one of my favourite cafes to hang out with my mates when I was younger. I was very surprised by how much the Blondes cafe had changed. It was nice to see that the cafe is incorporating Vegan food. However, when I entered the shop, there was a hideous stench that was so pungent, it smelt of dog pee. This totally ruined our 'Blondes' experience and I was embarrassed that I had brought my husband into such a cafe with a smell as awful as this. I also think having cleaning chemicals/products near to the counter is not suitable for a cafe environment, especially with children and animals in the vicinity. I hope that Blondes will look upon this review favourably and only see this as a way to improve what was a previously, in my opinion a great place to have...

On Thursday I happened to be working in Cottingham and as per usual come lunch time I found myself looking for something to eat, now been a tradesman I’ve spent a lifetime eating bacon butties and McDonald’s and this would normally be my first choice, but having stumbled upon Blondes Coffee Shop and seeing the display fridge full of tasty looking chocolate treats and cakes I was tempted in. I decided on ordering a vegan chicken burger with curly fries and a more than healthy serving of apple pie, and after what seemed like only five or so minutes my food arrived and I returned to my van to eat. Now been honest I was wondering if I’d made a mistake been a junk food meat eating tradesman but OMG I have to say I couldn’t believe how tasty and filling this food was. I’ll definitely be returning here for my lunch anytime I’m in the area and will be recommending this place to all my tradesmen friends. Amazing place...

Amazing Place, great decor and fab food, we went miles out of the way and it didn't disappoint

We were travelling from N Yorks to Lincolnshire and decided we could pop in to Cottingham for this place, it was epic! I'm not a breakfast person but I was in love with their bagel, omellete, sausage, hashbrown, beans and cheese!!! My partner got a homemade beetburger with extra hash browns- it all tasted amazing, the tables are fab, its nice and roomy upstairs and they have a great selection in their shop- we picked up some violife extra mature and could have easily got lots more! We even stayed a while in the village so we could have their amazing dessert and milkshakes-divine! if we are ever in the area we will definetly return as it was a great experience.
