I visited here today 27th of August. Very disappointed in the customer service. We ordered a pot of tea for 3 this was brought while we waited for our food to arrive. Little did we know that as we waited for it to brew we had been given green tea. I asked the girl to take it away as it was awful. We were not offered an alternative. Our food arrived. All 4 of us had ordered sandwiches and extra fries and onion rings. Yummy we thought!!! The onion rings were greasy and undercooked. The manager came in and said we had been given green tea. He had run out of tea bags. No apology or offer to remove the cost. Then came the bill £36.10. For basically a sandwich each as the drink was sent back. Would not recommend This place to anyone.
