Boscastle Bakery in North Cornwall is a real hidden gem. They serve up some of the best Cornish pasties around—perfectly flaky and filled to the brim with tasty ingredients. Even if you're not into the traditional pasty, they've got some great veggie options and sausage rolls that are just as delicious. It's the kind of place where everything feels fresh and homemade, making it a must-stop if you're in the area.

A really nice delicious selection of Cornish Pastries to select from at the bakery, I ended up picking the 'Jumbo Traditional Steak' pastry and it was totally worth it. I would definitionally like to try what else they have available next time.

We had one lamb+mint and one traditional pasty, both of which were amazing, with an incredible crust and delicious filling. Friendly and helpful staff and a cosy shop environment. Very conveniently located near other attractions and parking.

Avoid unless you want to be spoken to like a second class citizen. I was visiting the area, I did a quick Google search and found this bakery. I called and asked for A loaf of fresh sourdough, the lady said she would put it to one side. I went down to collect it and I said that's not fresh sourdough, it was long life bread. I purchased other items and paid and I said I don't want the bread, she instantly got funny with me, argued that it was fresh sourdough, spoke to me in an extremely rude manner then said go somewhere else and buy sourdough then, didn't give me a receipt, called the next person, didn't say thank you and ignored me when I just paid over £10 for fresh items. Everyone is Boscastle has been super polite and friendly. This elderly women with the tattoos was to say the least a rude and unpleasant person to interact with on a Saturday morning. I hope she had a miserable rest of the day. IF YOU WANT THE BEST FRESH SOURDOUGH, I FOUND OUT AFTERWARDS THAT BOSCASTLE FARM SHOP AND CAFE UP THE ROAD DOES THE BEST FRESH...

Best damn Cornish pastie I have eaten.

Ever.

I have flown in from South Africa to Cornwall to try out about real Cornish pasties. You just cannot get a decent one in South Africa any more. So I am learning what they should taste like so I can make my own. You just cannot rely on South Africa to produce a Cornish anymore. SAS but true.

If you walking the path from Tintagel to Boscastle head off the trail into the village. Keep going up past the harbour; ignore everywhere else. Boscastle bakery is on the right.

Their pasties have won awards apparently. In my not so humble opinion; they are entitled to these awards.

Also staff were friendly etc bla bla but even if the shop were run by a rude one eyed harridan, I would recommend you go there and get a pastie.

Good fuel for the walk to...

We stopped here for the first pasty of our holiday. It was not only the best decision we made that week but spoiled us for any that followed! We ordered the traditional and a cheese and onion and both were quite simply delicious!! My 83 year old mother declared it the best she had ever eaten!! The 2 ladies in the bakery were lovely. Very friendly, happy to answer my silly touristy questions and busy serving what appeared a constant stream of happy customers I would thoroughly recommend a visit and look forward to going back next time we are...
