Fell into this place after a long walk from Crackington Haven on a very hot day! We felt much better after a lovely big sandwich each and some drinks! Staff were friendly and helpful and there's a water cooler where you can fill your bottle up for free - this is really great for walkers ☺ The attached shop is great and there's a help point where we got bus...

The cafe was open for take away only which was a shame as we were looking forward to having lunch there . Apparently it was shut due to toitet being out of action and was reported to there head office . From the comments of people also looking forward to having lunch there they were disappointed also . I was here yesterday with my partner and (French) bulldog and I have to say, the two girls serving (21/9/21) were two of the nicest people we have met whilst being on holiday in Cornwall and Devon , they gave my dog treats and were taking time out to chat, even though they were rushed off of their feet They are a real asset...
