I had a really bad experience with them on Saturday night. I had food from them many times before and I never had this problem. I ordered food for delivery at 1:30 at night with the cut off orders being at 2. The order was accepted and the money was taken, at 2:20, 50 minutes from the order, I received a text message that said the order was canceled, I called them and was told I would be given a call back regarding a refund, no apology for the food delivery being canceled and no clear reason why. When I never got the call back, I called back and was hung up on. After that, my phone calls were not answered until I called from a different number, and was promptly told I will have the money back soon and then once more, I was hung up on....

Absolutely awful. Ordered £40 of food last night. When it came the chicken wings were still raw inside and the kids chicken was burned. The chips were half cooked and disgusting and the burger lke slop. When I asked for a refund the young man I spoke to was only interested in me but putting any pictures of the raw chicken on social media. Then when we are meant to be staying in because of the virus and limiting contact tried to insist I rang a taxi and put the food in it to send back. Risking contact for a driver and myself. I am still waiting for my refund as the food was inedible. If their staff bother yo look they will see the pictures of the food in...

I placed an order online giving them an hour to do my food, I travelled 30 minutes to get there to be told they couldn't find my order, so I had to go back to my car to fetch my phone for the email confirmation, when I returned to the shop, they said that they'd found it and I'd have to wait 10 minutes, I said OK, but then we saw them getting the burgers out the freezer,, and preparing the food with no gloves on, no masks on, no social distance at all, and to top it off one of them was scratching his head over the food so...
