Builders Arms — Restaurant in England

Love this place, it's now my go to pub. Emma has done an amazing job in the past year, she has brought this little gem to life. Quizz night was amazing. The quiz master was hilarious and took the heckling and threw it back with great gusto. Quizz was great and the pub was packed. Entry was by a bag of warm clothes for the homeless, such a great idea. Box of celebrations on the bar at the end of the night was just what we needed after laughing so much. Can't wait for the next one on NYE. Next visit is on the 9th Dec for her anniversary party. No food yet but bbq's in the summer 🌞⛱️ Well done Emma, keep on going. Looking forward to many garden parties...

We asked Emma at the Builders if we could organise a small party in the Pub for friends. She was very accommodating and organised sandwich platters for the guests. Its a great location for meeting with friends. The quality of the sandwiches was excellent with many comments for others on these. The drink range is really good and very affordable compared to other places in Knutsford. As the weather was nice we also got to enjoy the outside garden and heated terrace area. I live in Sydney, Australia but lived most of my teenage years in and around Knutsford. The Builders was a favourite haunt of mine and on a recent sad trip to the UK to say goodbye to mum and dad who lived nearby for 45 years I called in and enjoyed a couple of pints. I was overjoyed that it still had the wonderful ambience I remembered from so long ago. My compliments to the current landlord (or lady) for maintaining such a gem of a hostelry. Cheers...
