Burger King — Restaurant in England

Not really sure what's going on with this particular outlet but it's getting very difficult now to carry on maintaining they do the best burgers! The food quality has been gradually deteriorating more and more since it reopened after the covid lockdown, but I have always percivered. Today though, I felt I had to walk out and leave a meal I had just paid and waiting more than 10 minutes for, when the burger was stone cold and very obviously not fresh! A "fresh" one will be out in a few minutes I was told by the staff who obviously didn't want to be there! And when I finally got it it was also stone cold and not the least bit fresh! Then a manager (presumably) came with an attitude and nonchalantly gave me an argument about why it is fresh and how he's just made it, despite my showing him and telling him to check it himself and proving his story wrong! Cheese wasn't even melted! It was stone cold! I have never walked out of a restaurant in disgust at both the food and the customer service before, and I have been a loyal customer at that particular outlet since it first opened! McDonald's from now on I guess! R.I.P. Burger King, you WERE the best but you've lost a very loyal customer today! Sort...

The most horrible staff ever - I am a just eat driver and they reported me for arriving late when these things happen on the road due to traffic etc and said I arrived 15 mins late. They had to make it again which I waited but then they argued with me. They were not understanding, and had malice every intention. They stopped my living, all for their order. I’ve waited 40 mins before when they were making food. It’s alright for them but to treat a driver harshly for things out of his control. The manager and her staff are incompetent and would love to see every driver off the network. I will be sharing my story to the newspaper and social media. To stop someone’s earning beyond their control is absolutely disgusting. The staff here have no morals or principles. Absolute hypocrites. Don’t buy from this franchise if you care about human rights. Clearly they don’t care when I told them to remove the report, came back again for my next order and see they wrote further things. Hope you guys are proud of what you did. I’ve got bills to pay and people that are dependent on me. I hope one day you see the errors of your way and treat others with kindness. I will be sharing this...

It was apauling. I ordered the big Mac and then you said u didn’t sell it like what the f* so then went on to ordering another burger and and it came with hair on it which spoke in 23 and a half languages to me like it looked extinct man! U tell me. Oh yeah btw you nan jenefer was there dancing on the tables with her leopard print leggings on. So anyway I ate my extra milky bar while waiting for my pizza and I was there for 109900000 hours yeah and then they told me they don’t sell burgers! Was highly disappointed I didn’t get my sausage stuffed crusted pizza. ASWELL I saw one of your colleagues wearing some gucci brown bread loffers which I was highly not apretiated for like he was flexing More than KSI when he brought a quick lambo that still wasn’t as fast as my nans sisters VW Fox. Like WHAT DO YOUUUUUU MEANNNNNNNNNNNN
