27th May 2022. Went through drive through and brought food home to Hibaldstow. To realise they had missed something from order. I rang the shop to speak to an assistant manager who offered to either replace the missing items or give me 20% discount on next order. I originally took the discount as I'd had a long day at work and couldn't be bothered to drive back then however noticed I get the same discount with blue light. So decided to go back after all. After waiting in the queue for around 15 mins then after some confusion leading to a further 10 minute wait at the collection window (drive through) a young woman was trying her best to serve me but must have been getting confused as to what to do as at this point they were aware I was given the discount code. She tried taking my order I politely said I don't want to order I just want what's missing...anyway after the woman was trying to reach out to her colleague for help and to gain some understanding on what to do the college on numerous occasions spoke to her like absolute garbage in front of many customers. The young woman was clearly hurt by this, I asked if she was OK and she said yes. The colleague literally pushed my items into her chest and pretty much pushed her my way and pulled a face at her. I told the young woman not to worry and to not take that from her. I gave her some reassurance and said that she was doing ok and not to panic. Anyway I got my items in the end....

Read moreShocking waited over 50 minutes for our food for the order to then be wrong. The lady Vicky serving was rude to my husband and when he complained about there being alot of food missing from our order she just turned her back on my husband didn't speak a word to him and shouted to someone called Matt in the back "Matt there's a guy not happy with his food" and carried on ignoring my husband.
She didn't sort the issue or even apologise she couldn't care less. Our food that was given to us was then sat there while she contuined to ignore us... it wasn't until my husband once again said something to a young lady that our order was sorted. I also witnessed Vicky being rude too Uber delivery drivers. The hygiene was barbaric she (Vicky) was only wearing 1 glove... either wear both or none at all.. she wasn't wearing a face covering either, the rest of the staff was but they all had them under their nose or under their chin 🤦♀️ again either wear it properly or not at all 🤷♀️
When the order was finally correct you could tell the chicken had been stood awhile under the heaters as it had dried out and the food that was giving to us in the 1st place was now cold.
They also had no fruit shoots and offered my 2 year old son...
Read moreOnce i walked into this AWFUL establishment, i could already tell the chicken had stories to tell, the poor, dry, soulless chicken. i order my meal. a banging order of 10 peice chicken beans and gravy. the beans? no sauce. just dry bean. only about two. the gravy? had a straw in it. my chicken? you may ask, it was dry, had no soul, had stories to tell but couldn't as it was now cooked dry and without flavour. but its fine, the bugs inside my chicken definitely told the story for it. i take a gigantious bite of my chicken and break my tooth. it was hard and dry. after cutting it with a meat cleaver, i was shocked to see it had not 1, not 2, not 3 but 19 weird, ugly, small, black bugs inside it. not to mention my terrible customer service as my clerk had flipped me off and told me to go die if i wanted a refund. i am outraged kfc. you were once my comfort food, now your a fragment of my imagination. memories of...
