Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

New system means you make your order even before you get into the cafe, the computer menu and printed menu dont match the items I wanted were not on the computer ordering menu system, I was told to order something of the same monetary value and let the staff know about it the staff were nowhere to be seen, unless there running in and out of the kitchen with orders, when food did come I ordered porridge with berries and honey , cost me extra, then something that resembled a rubber brick came out instead, no berries no honey in sight was then told honey is on the counter next to the till and they would go get the berries which took a further 15 minutes to throw a small handful of tasteless blueberries and raspberries on it, then I ask I the toasted tea cakes I I ordered were coming soon they said they hadn't had that thought with the order so the computer menu at the front of the cafe obviously is faulty as it took my money and didnt put it on the order. Next issue was I ordered 2 full breakfast for £10 and you get a free drink with them they came Came out and were cold the lurpack was beyond melted for their toasts,even though butter was selected on the computer menu they got lurpack instead, lurpack is not butter mix spreadable, was with hubby and son , son said cup if tea he had was disgusting the milk was strange, we only ate as it took too long to come out and we was hungry, the old system was way better this cafe has gone way down in term of quality overall and it seems like the staff dont even care if this is the case better to just shut it down altogether . Do not waste your money and time, first of all the ordering is ridiculous as it's one screen for everyone to order at one at a time, then when you have completed your order any item such as drinks you collect after payment, of course if you don't know "as we didn't" you should check they have the drinks you want before payment as we wanted apple juice which is on the menu but not on the shelves. When the food arrived it was all pretty much burnt the eggs very over done and black pudding you could use as a hockey puck it was that hard. The toast was dry and the bacon vey crispy, the beans was the only item offering something to moisten the whole plate, well that and the grease from the egg and mushrooms. The sausages are of the cheapest quality and considering it's a morrisons own cafe surely they could use better produce as the price is high in comparison to other cafes yet the overall quality is shockingly low. Sadly having had previously visited I suggest they change tableware . The service was appalling clearly someone on a managerial level was apparent yet service was extremely poor food cold tableware does not hold heat issue with just eat person more interested in that issue than eaters in dining area. Service slow meal served over 30 mins after ordering no butter for toast tables grimy film of grease chairs to high to support table height. Table not cleaned film of grease and undercooked egg smeared on top. Very very disappointed. Word to the wise mobiles don't create ambiance nor does a manager in a puffer coat . As a business you lack basic genre . Absolutely disgusting. Don't ride ya rage if ya not dressed fa the part and don't open if ya tables aren't clean . Apple juice from dispenser sour out of date .
