Burger King — Restaurant in England

The food was okay, but service not great. Waited over 20minutes for an order after a 12hr shift to then be told I couldn't sit in and eat as it was closing in 10 minutes. Took my food home to discover they'd missed the added ingredients off my burger that cost extra and also missed the standard onion, lettuce, sauce and tomato. Dips were forgotten too which were an additional cost. 2nd visit a member of staff was serving wearing a ripped black bin liner and no hat - I mean I love crafts and it was a great bit of creativity but maybe not the most reassuring display of food hygiene practice? The self service drinks machine only had full sugar pepsi working and the frozen drinks machine was broken along with all but 1 self ordering screens. On a separate visit all staff were chatting behind the counter for some time before I could get their attention which is fine when quiet but still doesn't appear very approachable. Once again there was limited soft drinks in the self service machines available.

I am aware of how very privileged I am #firstworldcomplaints so I will at least compliment the ample parking, clean tables, toilets, location of restaurant and the comfortable temperature as well as finally some friendly staff on a later visit including one that held...

Just what you need when your enjoying the adventure of one the best theme parks in the country.....As with most of the Burger King establishments you are greeted with a clean fast paced environment with plenty of images on the food on offer to wet your appetite. On approaching the order area you are greeted with a friendly smile and the offer to assist...ordering was simple and card payment accepted and food received in under 2 minutes....I was a little concerned as I noticed there was a lot of food pre-prepped located behind the serving counter but when we sat down and tucked into the meal we were not disappointed...it looked and tasted really fresh and to be honest delicious I have got to confess always love a good burger!! Despite being located in a busy theme park especially at a weekend during the summer school holidays the tables, floor and toilets were clean and tidy they were obviously regularly checked as there was a constant flow of people using the facilities. Like I said earlier when your in such an amazing theme park having a time out in a clean, comfortable environment with good food is just what is required...Thank-you...

Was very busy. However, was well organised. Most people were using the screens to order food. We did the same. It wasn't till we were waiting on our food that we discovered that there was a member of staff positioned at a till. Who in all the time we waited did not serve one customer. The screen ordering has taken off. I thought it was great that they were organised and staffed to such a level that they could provide someone to man this till all the time. They also had one member of staff on the coffee machine and two on the soft drinks. Several people were out cleaning and numerous people were on food prep and delivery. It was the best-run Burger King I have experienced. We did wait a bit of time on our food. I guess that was down to how busy it was. The food was fresh and hot and the order was correct. We'll done to all the team at Burger King Blackpool...
