Burger King — Restaurant in England

Despite being one of only 2 people ordering at the time, somehow "Ewelina" can't keep track of what she is putting in a bag, nor can she apparently read a receipt (that she was holding), shoving said receipt in a bag, which she folded over & sealed before handing it to me. How foolish I was to trust that such a simple task had been completed. I just wanted to enjoy something nice that wouldn't require me to cook after a very long day. Low & behold, I get home, make myself comfortable just to find she's either given me the other person's order, or just grabbed the first thing she could off of the shelf. The steakhouse Angus meal I ordered was nowhere to be found, instead I was greeted by a veggie burger & a portion of fries. So not only was I given something I would personally never order, I have also been overcharged for the privilege of something that is sitting in my rubbish bin. Thanks...

When you go inside, there's no one at the till so this made me think they were going to close. I patiently waited and after a long wait I asked if it was closed, then Josh came suddenly and took our order. He wrongly charged double price to my sister, and when she asked for sauces he tried to charge her again . I then asked why her bill was that high and I realized he was wrongly charged for every. Instead of apologize Josh blame my sister and her English skills. He stopped me when I was to the other till to have a look to the screen to josemy menu, but he actively stopped me as it was "clean", 1 min after a man , apparently his friend, stayed there talking to him and laughing. Ordered online and food was delivered almost half hour later than it was meant to be, (yet to order online there is a minimum of £15 to spend, along with a £2.50 delivery charge and you can't select to pay by cash which then means you need to make a card payment which they also charge you for). When I phone to ask what was going on and where my order was the person I spoke to was rude and blunt then hung up after tell me it was beong delivered soon. When food arrived it was cold and just thrown together. I wouldn't even feed it to a dog let alone eat. definetly wouldn't order from them again ever. I get they get busy but no way was there need for how the food arrived. The only good thing about them was the person that made the delivery apologied for...
