Worst shisha, ordered 2 x Frozen Appe Frozen Raspberry, tasted like Calpol medicine. Asked the staff to change it, after the staff agreed the shisha was horrible but the manager refused to change the shisha, paid £40 stayed for 15mins and just had to leave as the manager refused to do anything and was very rude. Bad customer service, and bad shisha.

Your reply that I am lieing and wanted to change my shisha because we didnt like the flavour, well i own a Shisha lounge and smoke FApple/raspberry every day and know my flavours very well.

We had issues with both pipes within 5mins of ordering and had 4 different staff members waste our time trying to make different excuses, I challenge you to put up the CCTV recording so it can be seen for how long we stayed for and how long we exactly smoked for (15mins max) and how long we waited for your staff to deal with the shishas. We didnt ask for refund but asked for shishas to be changed for the exact flavour or something that tasted better.

Stop using cheap fake flavours and you wont have the issue, its clear from your reply you have an attitude problem and lack customer service skills, I will also ask the other group members to post there review and wait for you to release the CCTV video showing the Great experience we had and how 4 different staff members all had different issues where one didnt smoke, one never had F apple and yourself you had Flu and couldnt judge the flavour, we ended up in FUMES shisha lounge and had the exact same flavour...

Frozen Lychee and Frozen Raspberry £16 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This lounge has been on the list for over a year and since I was close to the area (around 40 miles away) I had to pop down for a breakfast shisha. Upon entering we checked using the track and trace app and then ordered and paid for our drinks and shisha. We then proceeded into the lounge and sat down in the comfy seats whilst waiting for our shisha. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in an Alpha X with an AOB provost. It was one of those lychees that you could taste which I was happy with, the clouds as you know from an alpha is great. This lounge gives alpha x as standard and they have way over 100 in the inventory. The lounge is beautiful, they have a roof bar and also work is undergoing on an extension into the garden for an outside smoking area, they also have an outdoor seating area. The service was brilliant I spent some time speaking to one of the guys who was nice he talked about how long the lounge has been open and the refurbishments which took place over the years. The vibe was nice with music playing in the background and football on screen. Everything was great even the pricing is very reasonable for the equipment you get I would definitely recommend this lounge to everyone. There are a few pay and display parking spaces on the surrounding roads but...
