Cafe Bean — Restaurant in England

We went in a competitor for a flat white and was warned it was pretentious but told that café bean was not and very honest. They are. It's a busy shop with great character and friendly staff. I was served quickly on a busy day. The coffee tasted OK but a flat white or was not sadly. Texture was close but it was a 12oz cup and a flat white is 8oz. The Barista was very friendly though. Popped in for lunch with my wife and daughter and can honestly say it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Everything was packed with flavour and tasted incredibly fresh. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my daughter’s dairy allergy — she absolutely loved her vegan millionaire shortbread slice! A real gem in Bridport....
