Caffè Nero — Restaurant in England

I had such a lovely experience at Caffè Nero thanks to Azad and his colleague! Azad went out of his way to make a drink for me that I’d tried somewhere else – and he nailed it. He was so kind, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. It’s rare to meet staff who are that attentive and warm. Both he and his colleague created such a great atmosphere – they made my day! I like Caffe Nero in as much as it is a cosy place to sit and relax during lunchtime. Not the fastest service but then it seems none of the coffee chains are able to achieve this. If I had one wish for the place it would be to see the area behind the counter kept tidy during quiet times as there are always dregs of coffee and water on the surfaces. Nice...

Went in for a drink, my parents were with me but weren't ordering anything. It was to take away.

Both staff members were not very welcoming with one making a point that we were only ordering one drink. There was no one else in there so it wasn't like they were taking up room at all.

The inside of the cafe was really nicely designed.
