Caffe Massarella — Restaurant in England

Not sure what went wrong today looking at the reviews The new lady (she said it) on the till was very loud when dealing with everybody. Tables not cleared and definetely not cleaned or wiped down. When I said to a young man who had not been actively clearing tables that the tables needed wiping down the look I got was not nice no apology or OK will do just nothing but the look. Won't go there again although I am a Next customer....

Hosted inside a Next department store on the 1st floor is this little cafe. Items are reasonably priced and has plenty of choice and seating.

The only reason for the slightly low score was that the 'breakfast tea' tasted awful. I do not know what brand you use, but switch to Yorkshire tea when you're in Yorkshire and you can't...

Located on the second floor of the Next store in Harrogate.. it's a big area wirh lots of tables and social distancing.. The display counter has beautiful sandwiches and cakes.. I went with friends and found the staff extremely friendly and attentive. I would recommend a visit if you are...
