Hadnt been before but was meeting a friend for dinner who recommended. Lovely relaxed vibe with staff in shorts. Wide range of drinks and cocktails on offer and none of the usual mainstream draught which was great to see. Great little tapas type menu where you order a few dishes and they come out when ready. Tiny little cutlery adorned posh napkins on a very neat table with a clever candle holder that turns into place mats. Staff were brilliant at accommodating my gluten free partner and made her salt and pepper halloumi. Can't comment on the value as I didn't pay the bill but given the quality of the food and service I'd say it was deffo value for money. The only niggle was that given all the efforts with how good the table and food looked when I asked for some vinegar, it came in a couple of cheap bookers sachets. David the owner greeted us with a smile and hoped the birthday napkins were correct (mentioned online when we booked 😊). Sat upstairs, lovely atmosphere and quirky decor. Made to feel very welcome.
