Heard about thw recent opening & decided it would be a lovely place for a well needed date night. Greeter didn't know if there was any availability and thar we may have to leave, I would then presume, the owner said he would check & found us a seat. We waited 10/15 minutes to be handed menu's to which I then myself, Got up & asked at the bar if I could take 2. We were asked for our drink orders which were both wrong ( mine more so with being 6 months in recovery & was handed a alcoholic drink when Specifically asked for 0% Starters for myself atleast were missing the sauces the mozzarella was suppose to accompany the plate with & my partners dish was commented as bland. The mains being a Pizza & Cabanara to share.. The pizza was probably the only saving quality of the meal while the cabarna as soon as it was swallowed all taste went there was nothing to enjoy or savour The female waitresses didn't seem to understand basic serving skills to ask for starters and mains as after starters we're eaten we were still waiting & eventually I asked for the manager myself to take our orders. The itemised bill at the end had no breakdown of the entire meal spent but it was simply written as ÂŁ50 on a lined piece of paper & not a proper printed breakdown. I feel the owner seemed worried & rushed & that is no fault of his own I'm sure Standards & expectations are running high. Unfortunately this has been a dissappinting visit & won't be returning.

My partner and I booked an evening table for a Saturday date night and we certainly weren't disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated immediately. The decor and atmosphere was really nice and the restaurant was almost full. We were handed menus within minutes and ordering 5 minutes later. Our meals arrived perhaps 15 minutes later, we ordered the Carbonara and the Spaghetti Bolognese with a Garlic Bread with cheese to share. Our food arrived before our drinks order did and we were required to prompt the staff for our beverages. This wasn't a big issue as with any new business you can understand there is the potential for teething problems like this whilst they establish systems and methods of work. The manager was very apologetic and incredibly polite, as were all of the staff. The food was really great, flavourful and presented beautifully. We tried each others dishes and agreed upon the high quality of the food. We also decided to try some desserts too. We ordered the Nutella pizza and come Cannolis, these were both fabulous. We will most definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future and would highly recommend.

An authentic Italian experience! Had a quiet little pre christmas drinks dinner tonight with my friends and it was beautiful, I had the limonata cocktail which was lovely, we had the sharing platter starter, wow! So much on there and beautifully presented! Our mains came soon after, we was even asked if we was ready for our mains or would we like more time, which I liked. I had the salmon farfalle, yummy, so creamy and tasty! Full of flavour, I couldn't finish it all so I took some home! Definitely going to try and visit more, this is our second time, still impressed! Thank you casa nostra, see you again soon and Merry Christmas xxx

After waiting months to go in was excited to try this restaurant. We chose to go on valentines day for a romantic authentic meal. We were seated quickly but unfortunately to the left of the door in the small side. This meant it was absolutely freezing the whole time we were there with an artic blast every time the door opened. At one point the lady at the door (unsure of her actual role there) left it wide open whilst a family put in their coats etc so any heat was totally gone. Not the best experience for those left in the restaurant. The man taking the order did not seem to understand what we were asking but was very pleasant and friendly (at this point). My starter came and was incorrect but this was rectified immediately. Unfortunately when it arrived it was just 6 small mushrooms on a plate spaced out with a blob of cheese on them, definitely not what I was expecting. My husband had finished before mine arrived. The main course came quickly, pizza. Mine was absolutely lovely. However my hisband had so send his back as he asked for no gorgensola cheese and it was covered. Unfortunately his new replacement pizza was undercooked. I do eat with a knife and fork (only sizzors were provided) and this was given to me quickly when asked for. We noted that it was getting busier and the only person serving was starting to get a little stressed. Not great in front of customers. This continued the rest of our time there, always very nice to customers but not great to the staff. I was still eating my chips when a very nice lady took all our plates away. By this point I was frozen solid and just wanted to go but we had chosen the 3 course meal deal so we stayed. 40 minutes later after having to ask for the pudding menu and again to order, our ice cream arrived. We were helpfully give forks to eat this with...obviously again noone about ask for spoons. Ell plenty of people but not servers? Someone did notice our laughter and helplessness and took pity on us and passed us spoons. We decided to ask for the bill swiftly which...was wrong. This was rectified after my husband had to explain what we had and we pretty much ran out of there. Sorely disappointed 😞

Good points Pizza was absolutely gorgeous 😍 Staff were friendly to us Mistakes were rectified (just so...

Went for the first time with my wife and daughter. Greeted immediately by a young server as soon as we walked in. All smiles and very friendly. Given a choice of tables and once seated given the menus for food and drink. Menus were spotlessly clean... always a good sign. In fact the whole place spotless.

Two servers looked after us in the end. Both superb.

Ordered a build your own pizza, cheese and tomato and a tagliatelle with chicken and mushroom. We asked about the pasta and were told it is homemade... not the usual dried stuff. This made it even nicer. The prices aren't cheap... but I would say the quality and size of the meals easily makes up for that.

The pizzas were cooked to perfection and served incredibly quickly. The pasta was "the best pasta" my wife has ever had. Very generous with the fresh ingredients. My daughter's margarita was beautiful too... lots of flavour from the fresh basil.

Half the pizzas were taken home... due to their size.. and this wasn't a problem.

Drinks were served correctly and priced well considering this was a restaurant.

All in all I would highly recommend here.

The quality and care that is in the food, coupled with the attentive service (came back twice to check everything was OK with the food)... I will be recommending here to others and...
