Caspian Kebab House — Restaurant in England

We have been customers here for several years, unfortunately we won't be any longer as we are increasingly disappointed! We have a new baby, and ordered a delivery meal for ourselves and two older children last night after a sleepless night and long day. We expected a wait on Friday night but when we called to check after an hour and a quarter we were told our food was just now being prepared- basically they had accepted our order and forgotten. I could hear staff laughing and joking around on the other end which would normally be fine- but as a hungry, tired parent with hungry, tired kids with no meal in sight, the lack of empathy and professionalism stung a bit. 😕

Not able to wait another 40 minutes to feed my family, I asked the order to be cancelled and refunded, but it was still showing as 'delivered' in the app this morning, so just one more thing for me to have to deal with!

What should have been a nice evening was totally ruined and ended up being very stressful 😩

I ordered 2 large chicken kebabs and came saturated in grease, they were unedible and never like they have been before. i called and advised them and say i would just like a refund and the driver could pick up the food so they could see how bad it was.

The man was not only patronising and asked if I knew what a kebab was, told.me a driver could not return as too busy and the manger was too busy to talk. I offered to come to the shop with the food and to do an exchange for my refund.. he then kept repeating I am blackmailing.him... I kindly advised I was not and it was a straight swap... he is was supposed to call me back in 10 mins, he is yet to call.

I have.ordered countless good take aways from here with no issues. I am now logging a complaint via JustEat complete with pictures and would advise if your food isnt great then suck it up as they are as useful as a chocolate fireguard and frankly...

Amazing pizza, was a delivery order. It was a Sat early evening, so took a while to arrive, but that said it came piping hot, Amazing pizza plenty of topping and fries were good. Good portion size. Highly recommend would order again but factor in the time to arrive. The website is not to user friendly when ordering, no update on where order is, so had to call them to make sure it was still arriving, lady on the phone and the delivery driver were fantastic, very professional and polite, website could do with an update with tracking...
