Central Caffe — Restaurant in England

DONT FREQUENT ON A SATURDAY!! Complete shame was highly recommended to this lovely local café. The reviews, very impressive and so I thought I would go in for a simple sandwich and a coffee

Went in the first time to find the lovely lady is overwhelmed with orders

I went to the shop and came back to see if anything had got better and she ushered me to the corner because I had a mountain bike, assuming I was a delivery driver

I then asked her if she could give me a time how long a sandwich would be, if I ordered one of which she didn’t even tell me a time, just turned her back to me and carried on with the overwhelming orders she has

Would like to think one day I would try and go back if more staff are available to deal with what is a Saturday which is usually going to be busier than a weekday based on my experiences with Cafes

This is hands down the best cafe in Torquay. Popped in for a quick bite at lunchtime and is absolutely perfect. The staff are wonderful, efficient, friendly and are a great credit to this establishment. The food was lovely, done perfectly and very tasty, you can tell they use quality ingredients. The whole place is spotless and done out to a high standard and the finishing touch is the immaculate separate customer wcs. This is now our new regular cafe. This is a lovely, clean, relaxing and quiet cafe. The food is great quality, no cheap cuts of bacon. The breakfast bap is great value for money, very filling. Great coffee, always hot when brought to the table. There are deals on the menu which is reasonable in regards to cost. I've never been disappointed with the service and the food is freshly cooked to order. There are toilets for customers and disabled toilets. Cash or card payment....
