Choco-latte — Restaurant in England

Ordered one normal coffee. Waitress accidentally said one latte, so I corrected her. Not an issue, she was learning. I asked for one cream scone, one tea and one tea cake. Two teas arrived first. My husband and I are sat at a two seated table. I explained I only needed one tea! One coffee. The tea comes with the cream tea she says. I said I didn't order cream tea, I ordered a cream scone as it suggests from the menu and a tea. She never mentioned that there was a cream tea deal from the menu I was currently perusing. I informed her that there was only two of us sitting here so clearly a mistake had been made. She was rude and Kurt and said she'll sort it out then. This is a small cafe with a couple of tables outside on the pavement front and probably about 8 tables inside(these were being cleaned in-between customers visits).There's good choice of drinks along with hot & cold food options on the menu which have very reasonable prices indeed.The staff on duty were very friendly & pleasant during my 1st time visit. Its a bit of a trek to use the toilet facilities as you have to go through the fire exit door at the rear & use a traffic cone to hold the door open so you can return back inside the cafe once you have used the toilet building...

We came here today for breakfast There is a step at the door but we managed with the one wheelchair user and there was room to fold the wheelchair up inside Staff were very friendly and inside is very clean Two large breakfast were excellent Two breakfast from our own choice were also excellent We had lovely cups of tea served with teapots and milk and the milkshake was also good One ice cream with sauce after breakfast was no problem at all Value for money was also very good Will certainly return here when...
