Chopstix — Restaurant in England

Been here a few times and you come across some really nice staff members and some extremely rude (wish i got the name). Maybe some customer service Training would be beneficial even though you may state you do train staff but some are clearly more in need of it than others. Its simple really, if you don't like your job then find a job you do like!

Anyway, today i got a few bits as takeaway. One of the things i got which is an all time favourite for my kids was the bucket of 50 mini chicken balls and i noticed that the staff do not count the amount they are giving you and it seemed like i wasn't going to get the 50 pieces as stated on the menu so when i got home i decided to count the chicken pieces so i could divide them between the kids and i was right, there were 40 and not the 50 i paid for. I wonder how many times this has happened to me before as i am a regular here and this must be happening to others too. Maybe this is something management should look into as at busy times you cannot expect your staff to count out 50 pieces so something. Pre made containers possibly, not rocket science!

Also, i decided to try the churro's that were not on display and was told they would be ready in 5 minutes and they were but these today were not coated in sugar or anything, just handed straight out of the fryer.

I am just adding on an extra note on here as an update that after i got a response from the owner i did direct message them and found that its actually something they say to anyone leaving a review that is not to their liking to show others reading reviews that some action will be taken when infact they simply ignore you. If you look on their Facebook page you will see other people saying they have been told to DM only to be ignored too! Great...

Great little noodle bar that I've seen so often when visiting the mall. Usually we don't stop although the smells are amazing. Wanted a quick bite so decided to give them a try for brunch.. Apart from an issue with the till for a customer ahead of us we were served really quickly. Plus I was offered a meal deal with a bottle of Pepsi Max for just 40p, so well worth it. My wife had noodles with beef teriyaki and I had egg fried rice with salt and pepper chicken. Plus a side of Duck spring rolls. All the food was delicious, well cooked and hot. As it was our first try we only had a small meal but when we return will definitely get larger options. When my wife went back with my son later in the day they found a large queue so unfortunately he didn't get the chance to try the food so just bear that in mind when you want visit. Is this a business or a charity?? After working long hours at night I was on my way back home, so I thought of carrying a take away from this restaurant. I reached there at 1040 am. The cook was busy with his preparation and the crew members were around as well. I checked the opening timings which said it opens at 1100 am. So I decided to wait there for 20 mins. To my surprise at 1103 am one of crew member says that they will serve orders only at 1130 am, I was like what????? You saw me waiting here you could have told me this before.

I don't really care what time you open or if you wish to shut down permanently. Atleast respect your customers and most importantly their time. They could have told me about serving late when I reached there. What kind of treatment is this??? So unprofessional and behavior that would make...
