Kerala Hut — Restaurant in Great Britain

FOOD INFECTION Myself my family and friends visited kerala hut on 22/04/23 at night after 8 o clock , Amount Gbp 185.97 Table 20 Staff Sibu They served food as ,Chattichor ,kizhi porotta,biriyani,fish pollichathu,coconut beef fry,palpothi porotta,dum diriyani,albudha biriyani... etc . You can see the photo of bill attached ,after eating the food from kerala hut ,reached back home ,everybody especially whome eat the chattichor started diarrhea and stomach pain till the time me typing this message its not cured including 3.5 years kids also affected. This much of old or un hygienic food was served from kerala hut and i was not expecting this from their side .One special named biriyani also served from their side all the biriyani's are worthless and informed this on billing time itself. Thank god for saving my family and friends from the severity of food infection ,if something happened other than above this who will be responsible,who will answer to the life ? . Please don't serve un hygienic or old food to anyone especially for kids . This is a request for you. Everybody please read this before visiting or ordering food from kerala hut. Spend a Couple of Hours in Kerala Hut with my friends today !

Don’t know where to start ! Okay lemme start with Service, which I felt the most wow thing of this restaurant ! There service and costumer relation management is really superb and Amazing, could give 10/10 !

We 6 of went and tried following Dishes with the rating

Chicken Biriyani : A nice and simple biriyani, Chicken was so yummy, tasty and well cooked, Can give up to 9/10

BDF : Tasty, spicy and good 8:10 Karimeen Polliichath : was just wow 10/10 Chicken 65 : Expected a semi gravy one got dry one but was very tasty 8/10 Kozhuva fish fry : was amazing a must try item 9/10 Beef roast : really Amazing yummy one 10/10 Poratta : Wow ! They really amazed us with it 10/10 Chatti Choru : Honestly saying, that was just a average thing without any wow element with it, we expect at least a sambar with it but haven’t get any ! Hope they will improve the quality of this dish ❤️, yes I’m sure that they have potential for it 🌸

Total bill was £132 for 6 people which I felt quite reasonable!

I recently visited this Kerala restaurant in Luton, UK, with high expectations. However, my experience left me deeply disappointed. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the atmosphere, as it felt more like a pub with loud Malayalam songs. We ordered both vegetarian and beef dishes for takeaway, considering my family's preferences.

To my dismay, the vegetarian dishes were a major letdown. They appeared frozen and had a terrible taste, which led me to discard nearly £45 worth of food. It's disheartening that the chef seemed to neglect the quality of the vegetarian options.He only know beef dishes.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I lost a significant amount of money on this meal. I hope my feedback serves as a strong message to the restaurant to improve the quality of their vegetarian offerings and overall service. I strongly urge the management to prioritize the quality of their vegetarian dishes. It's essential that they taste these dishes themselves before serving them to customers.
