Ciao — Restaurant in England

This review is based on what we have just received. Ordered lots of times from here, we have been loyal customers since it opened and its nearly always been great but tonight we ordered a Beef Stroganoff and a Fillet Pepe and both meals were inedible. The 'fillet steak' was scraps that were full of fat and stringy, I couldn't even cut it with a sharp knife let alone chew it. Rang the Willerby shop straightaway, kid on the phone mumbling, told him my problem, 'so you want it sending again?' My reply was no, not if its the same steak, could we have chicken meals or a refund instead. He went and spoke to someone and the answer was he can re-send steak meals! I wouldn't mind all the meals have gone up in price too. They have just lost any further custom from us. Read a few reviews that its going downhill but tonight just proved it. Save...

So, I've been ordering for years from here and always thought of it as a premium takeaway and to be fair I've always found the food really good....but when they let you order through the website when they are closed and then say they will refund you that's what you expect. No refund incoming then when I ring up they say they will deliver the order BUT minus the garlic bread because it's not an offer night! Really ? It's your mistake so own it and honour the original order or maybe just maybe refund the money as your email said you would, which lets be honest you had no intention of doing. Nice number that, 10 people with orders of about £30 ! If they don't chase it up that's £300 for nothing. Very disappointed, your mistake so hold your hand up and either refund or...

Really don’t understand any negative review on this shop. I have just visited Ciao, and I think it is probably the best food i have ever ate from a take out. At this point I’m looking for something bad but it is all 10/10.

Pizza is unreal, well topped, not over done. No grease as you would find in any other take out. Thin and crisp crust with a hint of a sweet tomato sauce. The chips are crisp and generously spiced with it the nicest chip spice I have tasted. With a drink for around £11? I could share this with someone else that’s great value for money.

The young lad on the till is a credit to your business also very polite.
