Coffee#1 Frome — Restaurant in England

I know i really shouldn't write a review based on a the very first visit, but this is one of those times where the service was let down by someone's couldn't give a stuff attitude. Came in to get a takeaway coffee, stood at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes while the "Barista" stood withher back to me, idly reading a folder, a polite "ahem" elidited no response and she carried on reading. it was only when someone else came in, she turned around, saw me standing there and went "oh!", and proceeded to serve me. No sorry or excuse me. Having said that, the coffee was rather excellent though, so I guess I cn put it down...

A very busy Saturday morning to make my first visit. Quite a queue but a good choice of drinks and cakes on offer. I was pleased with the smoothie menu and really happy with the taste of mango pineapple and passion fruit. My family enjoyed the oatmilk flat whites and the elderflower . We had a good sized table for five of us. Two toilets available. Children's toys to play with Dogs allowed inside with a good supply of biscuits to help yourself to. Love the coffee and the staff but when you have a 2 year old and your sat by the open window door, on a non smoking side you'd expect staff to enforce that it's non smoking even though the smoking side is having repairs, instead of siding with an angry old lady who seems to think it's okay to swear and smoke near 2 years olds. As a loyal customer I'm highly disappointed, would be less disappointed if there wasn't a bunch of various other seating options next...
